She is always stable, intelligent and says what matters. The star was a guest on Green TV’s Ramadan transmission for Women’s Day and she shared a powerful story about motherhood.
Nadia Jamil shared a never known before fact. She revealed that she was actually offered the Bollywood classic Veer Zaara and it was a done deal for her. She had just given birth to her first child and she was mesmerized by him. Her baby was three months old. Her in-laws were supportive and her own mother told her that she will go with her when the shooting started.
But Nadia took a path less chosen. She actually left that film and remained with her baby. She was told that this was career suicide but her career was never as big a priority for her as her child. She also added that she does not want to sound ungrateful about her career but it was never her first priority.
