Salman Khan’s Statement About Balochistan Slammed By Pakistanis

Salman Khan is a great Bollywood actor who enjoys immense popularity and admiration in both Pakistan and India. Known for his charm, versatility, and box-office dominance, he has a massive fan following across borders. Some of his top-grossing and most popular movies that performed exceptionally well and gained huge appreciation in Pakistan include Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, Bodyguard and Kick.

Currently, Salman Khan, along with Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, is on a tour of Saudi Arabia, where the three superstars have been holding multiple meet-and-greet events with their Arab fans.

During these gatherings, they have interacted with fans, responded to hosts’ questions, and shared insights about their careers and experiences.

In one of his recent interactions with the Saudi Arabian media, Salman Khan mentioned Balochistan separately and Pakistan as a separate state, which sparked notable reactions across social media platforms.

Salman Khan said that so many people come here (in Saudi Arabia) from our places including Baluchistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan. He didn’t also mention India specifically.
Pakistanis are slamming Salman Khan’s deliberate attempt to mention Baluchistan separately with many saying that he knew what he was saying.

A few thought he was purposely made to say this on an international platform. One wrote, “He might be saying this only to confirm his loyalty towards India. Like all other Muslim actors, to live in India peacefully, they need to show that they are religiously secular and politically against Pakistan.”

Another said, “Baluchistan? Exactly the same way he has fans globally — in Khalistan, Hindustan, and Afghanistan.” One remarked, “They have the pain of Khalistan, which made them speak like this. Since Khalistanis want a separate state”. A netizen taunted, “The reason for his flop movies is this mentality. Sick.” One expressed, “This is what happens when you can be a Bollywood star but still be uneducated.”
