Recently, a clip of Javeria Saud from Good Morning Pakistan has been circulating on social media, in which she narrated details of her family’s meeting with Bollywood star Varun Dhawan and how he was surprised by Saud’s popularity.
Talking about it, Javeria Saud said, “Jannat and Ibrahim were die-hard fans of Varun Dhawan. Ibrahim expressed his wish to meet him, so Saud called his friend and told him that the kids wanted to meet Varun Dhawan.
His friend arranged a meeting while Varun was shooting in Abu Dhabi. We went there, where Varun Dhawan, Akshaye Khanna, and John Abraham were filming a helicopter scene, so we waited. Saud was quite shy about meeting him and even reluctant to take a picture, so he stayed in the car. Meanwhile, Varun had a light conversation with Ibrahim and jokingly asked how many girlfriends he had, to which Ibrahim replied, ‘Five.’ Later, Varun called Saud over and asked about him. When Saud stepped out of the car, all the crew members and workers started taking pictures with him.
He ended up taking pictures with around 150 people! Varun then said to me, ‘Your husband is such a big actor—everyone is taking pictures with him!’ It was truly an overwhelming moment for us.”
Fans, however, are sharing mixed reactions. Many are doubting her and questioning whether the story she shared is even known to Varun Dhawan and Saud.
