The Lahore High Court has scheduled the hearing of YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, in connection with the gambling app promotion case.The post-arrest bail plea is set to be heard on Monday.
According to court details, Justice Farooq Haider will preside over the hearing of Ducky Bhai’s bail petition. His legal counsel filed the request before the High Court’s registrar office earlier this week. Following the completion of scrutiny and verification procedures, the plea was officially accepted for hearing.
The case against Saad ur Rehman revolves around allegations of promoting an online gambling application through his social media platforms. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had earlier launched inquiries into the promotion of digital gambling content by various online influencers.
