Speculation surfaced during the wedding celebrations of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz’s son, Junaid Safdar, where Marriyum Aurangzeb became the centre of attention as her pictures went viral on social media.
The senior minister’s stylish and refreshed appearance at the wedding events surprised many onlookers, while her photos and videos were widely shared online.
Comparing her recent images with older ones, some social media users claimed that she had undergone surgery.
However, some social media users described her transformation as a dream for many women, noting that such weight loss requires consistency and strong determination.
Many also termed her an inspiration for women who often lose motivation during their personal fitness journeys.
Responding to the speculation, MNA Tahira Aurangzeb clarified that Marriyum Aurangzeb had not undergone any surgery.
She said that her daughter has been following a strict diet for the past several months, resulting in significant weight loss, which explains her changed appearance.
