After ducky Bhai arrest, TikTokers Nani Wala and Huraira in trouble

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency  has issued notices to two TikTokers, Nani Wala and Muhammad Huraira, over allegations of promoting illegal gambling applications.

The agency has summoned both influencers on September 9 at its Lahore office.

According to the NCCIA, the duo is accused of luring young people into investing in unregistered and unlicensed online trading apps that turned out to be fraudulent schemes.

Officials alleged that the two had, under a “planned scheme,” convinced unsuspecting citizens to invest their earnings in these platforms.

The development comes after the arrest of popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, better known as Ducky Bhai, who is facing similar charges of promoting gambling apps on his YouTube and social media channels.

He is accused of promoting unregistered gambling applications through his YouTube and other social media platforms, allegedly causing financial losses to the public.

Authorities said several people suffered financial losses due to his endorsements.
